Newsletters, Emails and Texts to You

Mobile Texting Terms and Conditions
OPPT, and third parties communicating on our behalf, deliver SMS text messages to our patients. Such messages may include, but are not limited to, appointment reminders, remaining balance reminders, patient portal invitations, clinical outcome assessment reminders, home exercise program reminders, net promoter score survey requests, and other message notifications. Patients must be 18 years of age or older to opt-in and/or receive these text messages. By providing OPPT your mobile number, you agree to receive voice and electronic communications by voice and text.
You may opt out of receiving certain SMS messages at any time by replying “STOP” to the SMS message you no longer want to receive. After you reply STOP, we will send you a follow-up SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed from receiving that type of message. You may still receive other types of SMS messages from us if you opted into receiving additional types of messages from OPPT or third parties communicating on our behalf.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
